Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

On annual information for 2009

Sanitas, AB (hereinafter - „Sanitas“ or „Company“) audited annual information
for 2009 (consolidated and separate financial statements, consolidated annual
report, confirmation of responsible persons, independent auditor‘s report) is
presented. This information is submitted for the approval of the Company‘s
Management Board. Annual information for 2009 can be found at Company‘s webpage
www.sanitas.lt, at chapter „Financial reports“. 
Audited financial results for 2009 are the same as announced on 25 February
2010 preliminary activity results for 12 months of 2009: consolidated audited
Sanitas group profit before tax amounted to LTL 17,753 thousand (€ 5,142
thousand),  audited Company's loss before tax amounted to LTL 439 thousand (€
127 thousand).
