Trading in the converted shares will start today 18 May 2007. The conversion requested was communicated on 4 May 2007. After the conversion, the number of Series A shares is 6,000,000 representing 60,000,000 votes and the number of Series B shares is 72,314,418 representing 72,314,418 votes. The total number of shares remains at 78,314,418. The total number of votes is 132,314,418 after the conversion.
