Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. 

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Plc held by Project Del
Holdings, LLC (X00840083), an entity controlled by Platinum Equity Advisors,
LLC, has fallen below the limit of 5% on 12 December 2012. 

The amount of shares of PKC Group Plc on 12 December 2012 totals 21,524,442.
The company has one series of shares.
