THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

Oy Herttaässä Ab

3. Reason for the notification

Acquisition or disposal of shares or voting rights. The number of shares or
voting rights of Talentum Corporation held by Oy Herttaässä Ab and Kai Mäkelä,
person exercising the control in Oy Herttaässä Ab, and Setelium Oy, a company
controlled by Kai Mäkelä, will reduce under 10 per cent and under 5 per cent of
shares and votes in Talentum Corporation.
