Siauliu Bankas - Notification on material event

A permit to register an amendment of the Bank's Charter has been received

Following the resolution of the the Supervisory Service of the Bank of
Lithuania dated 7 September 2015 Šiaulių Bankas is allowed to register an
amendment of item 3.5 of the Bank's Charter related to increase of the Bank's
authorized capital up to EUR 91 226 381.99 as approved by the resolution of the
Bank's Management Board dated 17 July 2015 passed in accordance with the
resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 June 2015.
