Componenta Corporation (Business ID 1635451-6) has today received the following
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act
according to which the holding of Finnish Industry Investment Ltd in Componenta
Corporation shares and voting rights has exceeded 10 % on 19 September 2016.
Reason for the flagging notification is based on conversion of certain shares
of convertible capital loan 2016 into shares.
