Results for the first quarter of 2010 of AB Utenos trikotažas.

Company ,,Utenos trikotažas" sales for the first quarter of 2010 reached LTL
14,8 million (EUR 4,3 million) 14,3% less than during the same period in 2009.
Consolidated Group sales for the first quarter of 2010 reached LTL 17,1 million
(EUR 4,9 million) 17% less than during the same period in 2009. 
Sales increased versus the previous quarter in the first quarter of 2010.
Given implemented business optimization measures and the sales level achieved
steady operating results are expected for the first quarter. 
It is important to note, that financial debts restructuring process has
been accomplished in the first quarter. The company agreed on favorable debts
repayment schedule maturing in 2015, reflecting the existing level of business
operations and cash flows.
