MATTI PERKONOJA TO STAY ON AS HKSCAN CEO UNTIL 2012

The Board of Directors of HKScan Corporation have agreed with CEO Matti
Perkonoja, that he will stay on CEO of HKScan longer than previously announced.
Having planned to retire after 2010, Mr Perkonoja has now agreed to serve as
CEO until the end of February 2012 before taking retirement. 

Matti Perkonoja was appointed CEO of HKScan in January 2009. Before this, he
held commercial and industrial management positions and most recently the post
of CFO in the company which he joined in 1993.
