pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of 2012 prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the 1st half of 2012 - LTL 995.8 million (EUR 288.4 million), for
     the 1st half of 2011 - LTL 924.4 million (EUR 267.7 million);
  -- Profit before tax for the 1st half of 2012 - LTL 55.4 million (EUR 16.0
     million), for the 1st half of 2011 - LTL 99.8 million (EUR 28.9 million);
  -- Net profit for the 1st half of 2012 - LTL 46.9 million (EUR 13.6 million),
     for the 1st half of 2011 - LTL 86.0 million (EUR 24.9 million).
