LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the electricity distribution price caps, and supply service price cap and the public electricity price cap for 2014

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-10-11 16:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 11 October 2013
the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter -
Commission) approved electricity distribution price caps for 2014: 
• in medium - voltage networks 4.479 ct/kWh or 1.30 EUR cents/kWh;
• in low - voltage networks 6.162 ct/kWh or 1.78 EUR cents/kWh.

Currently electricity distribution price cap in medium-voltage networks is
4.747 ct/kWh or 1.37 EUR cents/kWh, in low-voltage networks - 6.219 ct/kWh or
1.80 EUR cents/kWh. 

On 11 October 2013 Commission approved public supply service price cap for 2014:
• public supply service 0.52 ct/kWh or 0.15 EUR cents/kWh.

Currently public supply service price cap is 0.49 ct/kWh or 0.14 EUR cents/kWh.

On 11 October 2013 Commission approved public electricity price cap for 2014
for domestic consumers: 
• in medium - voltage networks 26.859 ct/kWh (VAT excluded);

• in low - voltage networks 33.021 ct/kWh (VAT excluded).

Public electricity price cap composes of these components: electricity cost,
PSO price, price of system services, transmission service price cap, public
supply service price cap and distribution price cap. 
Currently public electricity price cap for domestic consumers are in medium -
voltage networks by 34.104 ct/kWh (VAT excluded) and in low - voltage networks
40.323 ct/kWh (VAT excluded). 
Final LESTO electricity prices and tariffs for 2014 will be clear no later than
30 November 2013 after Commission‘s publication. LESTO will inform about prices
and tariffs according to the laws.
