Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
170210 and a new series, LBANK 170310.

Total offers for bills in the auction were for the amount of ISK 4,840m.

Offers  in the series LBANK 170210 for the amount of ISK 100m were accepted at a
simple  rate of  5.84% equal to  the price  of 97.6090 and  offers in the series
LBANK 170310 for the amount of ISK 320m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.84%
equal to the price of 97.1782.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 12 September 2016.
