CENCORP CHANGES ITS REPORTING SYSTEM AND STARTS TO REPORT OF THE CLEAN ENERGY
SOLUTIONS AS A SEPARATE SEGMENT 



Cencorp changes its reporting system to comply with its Cleantech strategy and
as from 1 January 2013 the company reports of three business segments. 



The business segments are Clean Energy Solutions (“CES”) (including also the
former Special Components segment), Laser and Automation Applications (LAS) and
Life Cycle Management (LCM).  The two latter segments formed previously the
former Laser and Automation Applications segment. 



Cencorp's new segment information is based on the management's internal
reporting and on the organisation structure. 



Cencorp's interim report on the first quarter will be published on 15 May 2013.
