NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC      STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE      18 JUNE 2009 AT 15:00

Jari Sarasvuo's and Isildur Oy's, which is a company controlled by Mr.
Sarasvuo, aggregate holding in Trainers' House Plc shares and voting rights has
decreased to under 3/10. 

The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority had on December 18, 2008 granted an
exemption to Mr. Sarasvuo and Isildur Oy regarding the obligation to present a
mandatory redemption offer concerning the shares of Trainers' House Plc. The
terms and conditions of the exemption required that the combined shareholding
of Mr. Sarasvuo and Isildur Oy will decline to 30% or under by June 30, 2009. 

Trainers' House Plc has today received the following notice of change in
ownership:

Trainers' House Plc (1564461-8)

2.Basis for the notice of change in ownership

Jari Sarasvuo's and Isildur Oy's, which is a company controlled by Mr.
Sarasvuo, aggregate holding in Trainers' House Plc shares and voting rights has
decreased to under 3/10. 

3.Date of change of ownership 

18 June 2009

4.Exact proportion of voting rights and shares, broken down by the share class

Jari Sarasvuo's and Isildur Oy's aggregate ownership in Trainers' House Plc is
20,396,600 shares, which represent 29,99 % of shares and voting rights. 

Total number of Trainers' House shares is 68,016,704 and each share carries
one voting right.

5.Shareholders' full names and the subsidiaries through which the shares are
held 

Jari Sarasvuo owns 20,196,600 shares and Isildur Oy (registration number
1756476-9), a company controlled by Mr. Sarasvuo, 200,000 shares in Trainers'
House Plc.
