Medivire TTP Holding Oy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suomen Terveystalo Oyj. The Board of Directors of Medivire TTP Holding Oy has today (October 5, 2007) confirmed the outcome of the redemption offer. All of Medivire Työterveyspalvelut Oy's 124 minority stockholders holding an aggregate of 5,475 stocks or 2.33 percent of Medivire Työterveyspalvelut Oy's capital stock accepted the offer. The total value of Medivire TTP Holding Oy's redemption offer amounted to EUR 3,051,600.75. The estimated payment date of the redemption price is October 11, 2007. Once the redemption has been completed, Medivire TTP Holding Oy will hold 100 percent in Medivire Työterveyspalvelut Oy.
