Change in Tieto's Remuneration Committee

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 September 2011, 3.30 pm EET

Teuvo Salminen has been appointed member of Tieto's Remuneration Committee as
of 23 September 2011. He will replace Kimmo Alkio who resigned from the
committee after he was nominated Tieto's President and CEO in July. 

Teuvo Salminen has been a member of Tieto's Board of Directors since 2010. He
is also the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
