Notice on the resolutions of the Supervisory Board

On 31st of January, 2011 Stumbras AB Supervisory Board adopted the following
resolutions: 

  1. The Company's Supervisory Board accepted the resignation from Management
     Board member duties statement by Board member Mr. Julius Gendvilis.
  2. The Company's Supervisory Boardelected Mr. Marijus Strončikas as the
     Management Board member of the Company.
