Landsbankinn hf.: CP auction results

Today  Landsbankinn hf.  concluded a  closed auction  of three new series; LBANK
180611, LBANK 180710 and LBANK 190110.

In  total, 33 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
4,690m.

A  total of 12 bids for 1,580m were received in the series LBANK 180611 with bid
rates  at 4.19%-4.35%. Bids for  960m were accepted at  a simple rate of 4.32%
equal to the price of 98.2087.

A  total of 17 bids for 2,680m were received in the series LBANK 180710 with bid
rates  at 4.24%-4.36%. Bids for  640m were accepted at  a simple rate of 4.32%
equal to the price of 97.8742.

A  total of 4 bids  for 430m were received  in the series  LBANK 190110 with bid
rates at 4.37%-4.58%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 January 2018.
