Reduction of the authorised capital of Įmonių grupė „ALITA“, AB

On 5 October 2011 the new wording of the articles of association of Įmonių
grupė „ALITA“, AB (a company established and functioning under the laws of the
Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302444238, registered address at
Miškininkų g. 17, Alytus, the Republic of Lithuania) (the Company) regarding
the reduction of the authorised capital were registered with the Register of
Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (enclosed). The authorised capital
of the Company was reduced from LTL 27,153,793 to LTL 3,126,000. 



At the reduction of the authorised capital, the Company's shares held by the
shareholders of the Company will be cancelled after the adjustment of the
accounting records of ordinary registered shares of the Company. The Company's
shares held by the shareholders of the Company will be cancelled in compliance
with the procedure indicated in the decisions of the general meeting of
shareholders of the Company held on 3 October 2011. 



We hereby inform that after the reduction of the authorised capital the VP ISIN
code of the Company remains unchanged - LT0000128266.
