TECHNOPOLIS TO DEVELOP THE SECOND STAGE OF OHJELMAKAARI IN JYVÄSKYLÄ

TECHNOPOLIS TO DEVELOP THE SECOND STAGE OF OHJELMAKAARI IN JYVÄSKYLÄ

Technopolis Plc will begin implementation of the second stage of Ohjelmakaari
on Ylistönmäki in Jyväskylä. The project is estimated to cost EUR 7.7 million
including a proportion of a parking facility, which will be built later on. The
area to be built totals 4,790 gross square meters. So far, 62% of the
facilities have been leased. The second stage of Ohjelmakaari is scheduled for
completion in June 2009.
