WULFF-GROUP PLC COMMENCES CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN FINLAND

WULFF-GROUP PLC COMMENCES CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN FINLAND                  

In order to make operations more efficient and to increase the profitability,   
Wulff-Group's Finnish subsidiaries Beltton Oy, KB-tuote Oy, Suomen Rader Oy and 
Vinstock Oy and the parent company commence co-operation negotiations with the  
staff. The negotiations are initiated due to the downward turn in the demand for
the office supplies and services caused by the present market situation,        
production-related and financial issues as well as changes related to business  
reorganisation.                                                                 

The co-operation negotiations apply to the personnel in administration, support 
functions and logistics of the subsidiaries and the parent company. Possible    
terminations, lay-offs and task rearrangements that may be decided on as a      
result of the negotiations will affect 25 persons at most. The subsidiaries and 
the parent company participating in the co-operation negotiations employ a total
of 160 persons, of which approximately 35 per cent work in administration, sales
support and logistics.                                                          

Wulff-Group Plc's CEO Heikki Vienola: ”Improving and adjusting the              
administration and support functions to better correspond with the present      
market situation is imperative in order to guarantee profitability. Significant 
savings are expected from the actions concerning personnel. Our financial and   
personnel resources need to be focused correctly to support sales and customer

service is secured by business reorganisation.”                                 

The co-operation negotiations will be carried out in compliance with the        
cooperation act, and they are expected to be concluded after the middle of      
March. The aim of the negotiations is to secure the companies' competitiveness  
and operational viability also in the future.
