13, Vilnius, data of the company are collected and stored at the Register of
Legal Entities) hereby informs that pursuant to the reorganization conditions
of LITGRID AB and LITGRID Turtas AB, approved by resolutions of extraordinary
shareholder meetings of LITGRID AB and LITGRID Turtas AB, held on January 24,
2011, LITGRID AB (a public company, established and functioning under laws of
the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302449655, registered address A.
Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, data of the company are collected and stored at
the Register of Legal Entities) was merged with LITGRID Turtas AB on March 1,
2011 and removed from the Register of Legal Entities on March 2, 2011. The
reorganization process of LITGRID Turtas AB and LITGRID AB is complete.
