Satama Interactive - Major shareholder announcements

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Evli Group has today announced that Evli-group's aggregate holding of Satama    
Interactive Plc's shares and voting rights has decreased to under 5 %. Evli     
Group's aggregate holding of Satama's shares and voting rights as of 21 December
2007 was:                                                                       

-Evli Bank Plc, 401.500 shares representing 0,97 % of shares and voting rights  
-Mutual funds administered by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd, 1.320.067       
shares, representing 3,20 % of shares and voting rights                         

Aggregate holding is 1.721.567 shares, representing 4,17 % of shares and voting 
rights.                                                                         

Furthermore, Evli Bank Plc has announced that it has sold a total of 425.000    
shares through forward trading contracts representing 1,03 % of shares and      
voting rights.
