Information regarding the decision, adopted by the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy

The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter - NCCPE) at
the meeting, convened on 27 November 2008, decided to postpone the
consideration of the item regarding the prices and tariffs of electricity and
the procedure of their application for the year 2009, of Rytų Skirstomieji
Tinklai, AB, which had been approved by the Resolution of Rytų Skirstomieji
Tinklai AB Management Board.
