SEB Bankas - Notification on material event

Change of the Board member

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-12-21 16:23 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jonas
Iržikevičius, currently Board Member and CFO of SEB Lithuania, has been
appointed to become the Head of Baltic Finance at SEB Baltic Division. As a
result, the Supervisory Council has taken a decision on 21 December 2016 to
recall him from the Board of the bank as of 1st of February 2017 and a new
member of the Board is going to be elected. 

Please also be informed that on 20 December 2016 the Bank has received a
decision by the authorities supervising activities of the Bank not to object to
the appointment of Vaidas Žagūnis, currently Head of Retail Banking Division of
the Bank, as member of the Board. As a result, he has taken up the mentioned
duties of member of the Board as of 21 December 2016.
