CHANGES IN SYSOPENDIGIA'S MANAGEMENT

CHANGES IN SYSOPENDIGIA'S MANAGEMENT                                            
Juha Sihvonen, SYSOPENDIGIA Plc's Executive Vice President and Deputy of CEO,   
has resigned from the company. Sihvonen will be nominated as the managing       
director of Atea Finland Oy, which is a partner of SYSOPENDIGIA. As a temporary 
head of the Industry and Trade Division, Mr Sihvonen will be replaced by Vice   
President Asko Hakonen.                                                         

Juha Varelius, President and CEO of SYSOPENDIGIA: “I want to thank Juha Sihvonen
for his remarkable contribution for the benefit of SYSOPENDIGIA. Even though I  
would not have wanted to let Juha go, we are glad that we will see him also in
