LAROX CORPORATION COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 15.12.2009 at 10.00 am                   


CHANGE OF THE CEO AT LAROX                                                      

Larox Corporation's Board of Directors and Mr. Toivo Matti Karppanen, President 
and CEO of Larox, have today agreed that the term of office of Mr. Karppanen    
will end at the end of 2009. The decision is based on mutual understanding. Mr. 
Karppanen has been working for Larox since 18 years, and the last ten years as  
President and CEO.                                                              

The Board has appointed Mr. Juhana Ylikojola (48) Larox Corporation's new       
President and CEO, as of January 1, 2010. Mr. Ylikojola has been working for    
Larox since 1997 and is heading currently the aftermarket services of Larox.
