Tiimore Ltd, a subsidiary of Tiimari Plc sells Kokkola factory                  

Tiimore Ltd, a subsidiary of Tiimari Corporation, has accepted an acquisition   
offer of its real estate located in Kokkola and the related assets. The         
acquisition will be finalised during the first interim of 2008. The real estate 
will be sold to Kokkolan Terästalo Ltd and the related assets to Fineweld Ltd.  
The total acquisition price of the real estate and the related assets is        
1,100,00 eur. The effect on results will be approximately 900.000 eur.
