Amber Grid - Notification on material event

On Ten-Year Natural Gas Transmission Network Development Plan for 2016-2025

On 29 September 2016, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices
approved Natural Gas Transmission System Operator's, AB Amber Grid's, Ten-Year
Network Development Plan for 2016-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"),
according to which the planned investment amounts to EUR 195 million.
