Resignation of the member of the Board of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB

On 31 March 2015 Irma Abramavičienė, the member of the Board of Panevėžio
statybos trestas AB, gave a notice by which following the procedure prescribed
by the Law on Companies she had informed the company about her resignation from
office as the member of the Board.
