Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

The pre-audited activity result for 9 months of 2010 of Šiaulių bankas AB and the Bank's Group

This report is submitted to the Securities Commission of the Republic of        
Lithuania, and to NASDAQ OMX Vilnius AB.                                        

According to the pre-audited data Šiaulių bankas AB incurred LTL 20.664 million 
(EUR 5.985 million) in loss during the 9 months of 2010, while the Bank's Group 
incurred LTL 22.952 million (EUR 6.647 million) in loss. Although the pre-tax   
activity result of the Bank without special provisions expense was increasing   
quarterly this year, the result was determined by the significant special       
provisions to doubtful assets.
