UPM's Annual Report 2012 has been published online at www.upm.com. The annual
report is available in English and Finnish as a PDF-file on UPM's website. 

The printed annual report will be published on 12 March 2013. The printed
report can be ordered via e-mail at info@upm.com. 

UPM has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration
Statement on the company's website. The statements are available in English and
in Finnish and can be downloaded.

UPM Annual Report 2012 is one of the first publications awarded the EU Ecolabel
for printed products. The printing process has to meet strict criteria in
relation to chemicals, energy consumption, emissions to air and water and waste
management. Also the paper used shall be EU Ecolabeled.
