NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

Orava Residential REIT (Business ID: 238 2127-4) has received on 5 June 2014 a
disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according
to which, as a result of a merger of the parent company of A. Ahlström
Kiinteistö Oy and Ahlström Capital Oy concluded on 30 May 2014, the indirect
holdings of Ahlström Capital Oy has exceeded the 5 per cent limit of Orava
Residential REIT's shares. 

According to the disclosure, Ahlström Capital Oy holds 236 650 Orava
Residential REIT Plc shares, representing 5.49 per cent of Orava Residential
REIT's shares and votes. 

The proportions were calculated in relation to the registered number of 4 314
394 shares and the related votes. The Company has one series of shares and each
share entitles to one vote.
