LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the resignation of Chief Executive Officer of LESTO AB

LESTO AB (hereinafter - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered
office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total
number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN
code LT0000128449. 

On May 28, 2013 the CEO of LESTO (Managing Director) Mr. Arvydas Tarasevičius
submitted report of resignation from the post of CEO because of reaching
retirement age. 

The Board of LESTO approved the resignation of Mr. Arvydas Tarasevičius from
the position of CEO of LESTO (Managing Director) from 21 June, 2013. 

The Board of LESTO will appoint Acting Managing Director of LESTO until 21
June, 2013. LESTO will disclose decisions of the Board publicly according to
the laws.
