Notification on the disposal of voting rights

2011 Įmoniu grupė „ALITA“, AB  received the notification of shareholder‘s
Vytautas Junevicius on the disposal of voting rights. The threshold that was
crossed -15%, the reason for crossing the threshold - the transfer of shares
granting voting rights.
