CHANGE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF VALOE CORPORATION

The annual general meeting of Valoe Corporation hold 28 May 2015 resolved to
reduce the company's distributable non‐restricted equity fund by EUR
44,031,988.69, the reserve fund by EUR 211,384.16, the premium fund by EUR
4,695,570.81 and the company's share capital by EUR 3,345,059.10 to cover
losses accrued on the financial year ended on 31 December 2014 and the previous
financial years. The reduction of the share capital has been registered on the
Finnish Trade Register today. The reduction had no effect on the number of the
shares of the company. 

The company's new share capital is EUR 80,000.00.
