Regarding Candidate for the Member of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB

energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės str. 21,
Elektrėnai)  in accordance with the Article 25 (4) of the Law on Legal Entities
received the proposal of the shareholder UAB Visagino atominė elektrinė to
appoint as a  Member of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB Mr. Darius
Kašauskas, which currently holds the position of the Head of the Financial
control and Treasury at UAB Visagino atominė elektrinė. 

UAB Visagino atominė elektrinė has been currently controlling 96.13% of the
shares of Lietuvos energija, AB.
