Marimekko - Total number of voting rights and capital

NEW SHARES IN MARIMEKKO CORPORATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

Marimekko Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 15 November 2012 at 10 AM

The 49,610 new shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the personnel
of the company were entered into the Trade Register today. The shareholder
rights of the new shares arise as from the date of the Trade Register entry. 

After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of company's
shares is 8,089,610. The shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied
for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 16 November 2012.
