On 17 July 2009, Šiaulių bankas AB submitted an application to NASDAQ OMX       
Vilnius regarding the enrolment of the bond issue into the Debt Securities List.
The bond issue ISIN code - LT1000401240, currency -euros, term - 370 days, fixed
annual interest - 7.8 percent, a nominal amount of the issue - EUR 1,219,800,   
maturity date - 15 July 2010.
