TECHNOPOLIS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES RESTRUCTURING
The negotiations according to the Co-Operation Act, which was announced in
Stock Release 5.10.2009, due the financial and production reasons, as well as
the reorganization of activities have ended in all Technopolis Ventures
companies. The original estimated affect on personnel, including all
Technopolis Ventures companies, due to these plans was 25-30 employees.
The final results of the personnel effects due the restructuring depend on
negotiations which Technopolis Ventures companies are having with the partners.
Technopolis will announce separately of the final results of reorganization
when the negotiations with the partners have ended during this year.
