Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

A total of 120 055 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for under the
company's stock option rights 2006C by March 14, 2012. The entire subscription
price of EUR 776 755.85 will be entered in the paid-in capital. As a result of
the share subscriptions, the number of Cramo Plc shares will increase to 41 561
741. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on March 27, 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. 

Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on March 28, 2012.

The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is between October 1,
2011 and January 31, 2013. Each stock option 2006C entitles its holder to
subscribe for 1.3 Cramo shares. By March 14, 2012 a total of 122 655 Cramo
Plc's new shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2006C and a
total of 784 150 stock option rights 2006C remain unexercised. The outstanding
stock options 2006C entitle to a total of 1 019 395 shares in Cramo.
