Konecranes Plc - Change in the publication date for Konecranes Plc’s Financial Statements 2016

KONECRANES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  October 26, 2016 at 9.30am

Konecranes Plc will publish its Financial Statements 2016 on Wednesday February
8, 2017 not on February 1, 2017 as announced earlier. The other publication
dates for financial information in 2017 remain unchanged. 

Konecranes Plc will publish its financial information in 2017 as follows:



Financial Statements 2016          February 8, 2017
Interim report, January-March      April 27, 2017  
Interim report, January-June       July 26, 2017   
Interim report, January-September  October 25, 2017



Konecranes Plc's annual report 2016 will be published as a pdf document on
Monday February 27, 2017, and the printed version will be published during the
week commencing on Monday March 13, 2017. 

Konecranes Plc’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday,
March 23, 2017. Konecranes’ Board of Directors will summon the Meeting at a
later date. 

Konecranes observes a silent period prior to the publication of its financial
statements and interim reports starting at the end of the quarter in question.
