Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding candidates for the supervisory board members of the company

AB Klaipėdos Nafta hereby informs that on 6 February 2013, on the basis of Part
3 and 4 of Article 25 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, it
has received from the shareholder of the company the Republic of Lithuania,
represented by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, proposal to
elect following candidates for the supervisory board members of the company in
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for 11 February
2013: 

  1. Eimantas Kiudulas, currently possessing General Manager's position at
     Klaipėdos laisvosios ekonominės zonos valdymo bendrovė, UAB;
  2. Romas Švedas, an independent expert, lecturer; 
  3. Agnė Amelija Kairytė, currently acting as the Deputy of the Head of Law
     Division of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Taking into consideration the provided proposal, the renewed general ballot
paper is attached to this notification.
