LT- 03212, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal
Entities, notifies that on 3rd November, 2014 the first meeting of the new
Board took place. During the meeting of the Board Mr. Liudas Liutkevičius has
been elected as a Chairman of the Board and a new Managing director of
“Lietuvos dujos”, AB. 

By the decision of the Board of “Lietuvos dujos”, AB newly elected Managing
director will start the office from 4th November, 2014.
