Stora Enso Oyj has on 4 January 2016 received an announcement under Chapter 9,
Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which BlackRock Inc.'s
indirect holding in Stora Enso  shares has fell below level of 5% of the share
capital in Stora Enso Oyj, as a result of share transactions concluded on 31
December 2015.
