2011 AB SANITAS received the notification of Valeant Pharmaceuticals
International, Inc. on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was
crossed - 95%, the reason for crossing the threshold - purchase of shares
during the implementation of the mandatory non-competitive tender offer to buy
the remaining voting shares in the company.
