Disclosure of Home Member State

Following changes made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (''DTR'')
as a result of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive (2013/50/EU),
Fingrid Oyj is required to disclose its Home Member State. Accordingly, in
accordance with DTR 6.4.2, Fingrid announces that its Home Member State is the
United Kingdom under the aforementioned Directive. 

Fingrid Oyj issues debt under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme.
Fingrid Oyj's issues under the EMTN program are listed in the London Stock
Exchange.
