APPOINTMENTS IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S BOARD AND MANAGEMENT

The board of GeoSentric Oyj (the Company) has on its meeting July 6, 2011
appointed Vic Franck to be the Chairman of the Company. Mike Po was appointed
the Company's managing director. 

The Board decided to retain all earlier established Committees. The Committees
now consist of the three board members Vic Franck, Mike Po and Jeff
Crevoiserat. The Committees are: 

1) Audit and Finance Committee;

2) Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee;

3) Compensation Committee, and

4) Strategic Options Committee.
