Cramo Plc's new organisation and changes in Group management

Cramo will implement a new organisation to support more efficiently the Group's
strategic and financial targets under the theme “operational excellence”, with
focus on profitability, growth, capital efficiency and operational agility. 

Operationally, the new organisation has three market areas: Scandinavia
(Sweden, Norway, Denmark), Eastern Europe (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania,
Poland) and Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic,
Slovakia). Cramo's business segments, as reported externally, will remain
unchanged, that is Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Central Europe and Eastern
Europe. 

The new organisation is effective as from 1 February 2013.

New Group management:

In relation to the organisational change the following Group management is
appointed: 

Mr Erik Bengtsson has been appointed Executive Vice President, Scandinavia. Mr
Bengtsson will also continue as Managing Director of Cramo Sweden. 

Mr Tatu Hauhio has been appointed Executive Vice President, Eastern Europe. Mr
Hauhio will also continue as Managing Director of Cramo Finland. 

Mr Dirk Schlitzkus has been appointed Executive Vice President, Central Europe.
Mr Schlitzkus will also continue as Managing Director of Cramo's operations in
Germany, Austria and Hungary (Theisen Group). 

Mr Per Lundquist has been appointed Senior Vice President, Operations. Prior to
his appointment Mr Lundquist held the position of CIO. In addition to the IT
function, he will be responsible of human resources, marketing and
communications and the harmonisation of the Group's business concepts and
processes. 

Mr Martin Holmgren, currently Vice President, Fleet Management has been
nominated Senior Vice President, Fleet Management. 

Mr Martti Ala-Härkönen continues as CFO, responsible also for the Group's
business planning, M&A, legal function and investor relations. 

New appointments in Group management:

Mr Aku Rumpunen, currently Head of Group Business Control, has been appointed
Senior Vice President, Group Business Control. 

Mr Petri Moksén, currently Director, Modular Space has been appointed Senior
Vice President, Modular Space. 

Leaving Group management are:

Mr Göran Carlson, Deputy CEO who, as earlier announced, has accepted a position
outside the Cramo Group. 

Mr Jarmo Laasanen, Senior Vice President, Russia and the Baltics, who will
retire during spring 2013. "We have entered a new phase in our strategic development, where the focus is
on operational excellence in our core business and core markets", comments CEO
Vesa Koivula. "The new organisation will help us better seize group synergies
and economies of scale to improve profitability, implement common processes to
improve operational efficiency, and to strive for our vision as the role model
in rental".
