Regarding the correction of results for the year 2009

          On 1th of March 2009, AB “Žemaitijos Pienas” has announced an interim
non - audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2009. Amount of
12905 thousand Litas (3728 thousand EUR) net profit was declared. 
On 19th of April 2010, AB „Žemaitijos pienas“ has announced audited
consolidated financial statements for the year 2009. Amount of 11269 thousand
Litas (3728 thousand EUR) net profit was declared. Consolidated net profit
declined due to the corrections in financial statements of subsidiary AB
“Šilutes Rambynas“ (revaluation of land and profit tax corrections).
