The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction
on August 6th 2010. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 12.588 billion at
nominal value.  The following bids were accepted: 

   HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 2.643 billion weighted yield without
   commission is 3.45% 

   HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 2.260 billion weighted yield without
   commission is 3.45% 

   HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 5.185 billion weighted yield without
   commission is 3.46% 

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 3.45% and
with commission 3.47%. Settlement date will be August 13th 2010.
